Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using https://wootsearch.com (the "Service"), operated by Woot Search ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description Of Service

Woot Search is an independent, fan-run search tool that aggregates publicly available deal and product listings from third-party vendors, including Woot.com and Best Buy, and lets you search, filter, and save searches for those listings. Woot Search is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Woot!, Amazon, Best Buy, or any other vendor whose listings appear on the Service.

Woot Search does not sell products. We do not process payments, ship goods, or hold inventory. All purchases you make after clicking a "Buy" link happen entirely on the vendor's own website, under that vendor's own terms of sale. We are not a party to that transaction.

Eligibility

The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 18, and you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

Accounts

You can use most of the Service without an account. Creating an account (to save searches and receive alerts) is handled through a third-party sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, X/Twitter, or Microsoft) or via a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address — we never see or store your password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you sign in with, and for all activity that occurs through your Woot Search account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service in a way that places excessive load on it or circumvents normal usage
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service except as permitted by law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to it
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Accuracy Of Deal Information

Deal, price, and availability information is pulled automatically from vendor APIs and may be out of date, incomplete, or inaccurate, including price, stock status, and sold-out state. We do our best to keep listings current, but we do not guarantee their accuracy. Always verify the current price and product details on the vendor's own site (e.g. Woot.com) before buying.

Affiliate Relationships

We have an affiliate relationship with some of the vendors listed on the Service and may earn a commission if you make a purchase through our links, at no additional cost to you. This never affects which deals we show you, how they're ranked, or the price you pay.

Intellectual Property

All product names, descriptions, images, and trademarks displayed on the Service belong to their respective vendors and/or owners and are used to identify their products, not to claim any assocation or endorsement.

Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party vendor sites that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal information will be accurate or available.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woot Search and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any purchase made on a third-party vendor's site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and request deletion of your account, at any time.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "effective date" above and post the revised Terms on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
